Great customer service, the team are always happy to help. The removal guys are brilliant, took great care with my stuff going into storage and when I got my stuff into my new home. Great offer for first 3 months. Easy access and turn up when needed. Highly recommended 🤩
Dealing with Extra Room Self Storage has been a brilliant experience from the initial contact to using the storage units. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The storage rooms are clean, dry and in pristine condition. I could not have wished for better service. Thoroughly recommend.

Great company, excellent service, very understanding staff, we booked storage for full house move due to issues with exchange and completion dates and were able to cancel at very short notice when everything did get signed off. Taking the booking and being able cancel really helped our peace of mind at a really stressful time....
We needed a small storage room for a few weeks - the room was reasonably priced, clean and secure. It was on the second floor but there is a lift. Would recommend and would definitely use again. Staff were very helpful and pleasant
